  • 会员8923：可以停车，酒店服务和环境在周围来说都是算不错的了，我们选择了家庭套房，适合一家人住。就是电话也不能用，灯还坏了一个，和拖鞋呀什么的也给的不够，希望可以在这些地方多注意～整体还是很不错的啦
  • 会员1420：酒店挺暖和，空调不错。早上六点起来洗澡，发现没有热水。打电话给前台，没人接。从6:00到6:45，好几次打电话都没人接。所以24小时热水和24小时服务电话不真实。
  • 会员1747：酒店房间的热水是个硬伤，只有温水而已，洗澡感觉很冷。而且卫生间找不到卫生纸，房间也没有。 早上离开酒店时，前台是无人上班的，把房卡放在前台就可以走了。
  • 会员8411：夏天每年都要去色达玩没次都是住观音桥第二天出发去色达～平常去都不是住的这里有些房间卫生稍微可以设施又不齐起全比如说想洗个好澡都是很难正在洗澡突然变成冷水都是经常出现的现象～有些房间热水好卫生又不好而且房间很窄总有一样是不满意的这次住这家酒店房间宽敞舒适为卫生也可以特别是那个热水很给力洗澡都很方便值得推荐
